German beginners continuation class
This is the follow-on of a pre-established class that welcomes new learners. You can already understand and use simple phrases and sentences in practical situations, or have completed a Beginners course with me. If you are unsure of your level, please get in touch.

German intermediate class
The course will enable you to understand and communicate confidently in routine tasks and predictable situations. The emphasis will be on developing your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. The structure of the language is introduced through everyday topics and practical situations and you will also gain an insight into the culture and customs of the country. Topics could include: personal and physical descriptions, daily routine, holidays and travel, talking about recent and future events, expressing preferences and opinions, describing the area where you live and the world of work.
This is the follow-on of a pre-established class that welcomes new learners. You can communicate with confidence in simple and routine tasks, or have completed a Beginners + continuation course with me. If you are unsure of your level, please get in touch.

German over 60s class
A German beginners class specifically for the over 60s to foster community spirit with language lessons. It is not all about German. It is about socialising and coming together, for people still looking for a new challenge. This class will be holding in a relaxed environment in a quiet cafe in Morningside (near Holy Corner).

Not everyone enjoys learning about grammar rules, but the better you understand how the language works, the more you can talk, read and write about!

Conversation workshop
You have been studying German for a while now but are you still afraid of speaking? You know the grammar but are you still hesitant to converse in German? You don't often have the opportunity to use German in interaction?
In a conversation workshop, you improve speaking in speech practice exercises, with wordplays and simple discussions in German. It is the ideal course for implementing your acquired grammar skills in practice. The course does not follow a specific curriculum but assesses your strengths and weaknesses and helps you to improve your pronunciation and your skill to speak German freely. You get the chance to use and broaden your vocabulary effectively. With the help of this workshop, you will improve your speaking skills in German rapidly and will communicate with other people more easily!

If you want to use German effectively to achieve your business goals, then this is the intensive course for you! Come and join my business German training course, specially tailored to empower you to communicate with clients, business partners, and colleagues in German. You will learn how to:
• Communicate both orally and by letter with business partners
• Clearly present products and services
• Hold your own in interviews and meetings
• Achieve your goals in negotiations
• Recognise and look out for differences in attitude and behaviour, so as to be able to react correctly

Kid's Club
German Language Learning from Kindergarten to GCSE (3-16)
My lessons aim to develop children's command of spoken and written German, and to create further awareness and understanding of their German, Austrian, or Swiss cultural background.
Typically, children will have one German-speaking parent, or have grown up in a German-speaking country. Living in an English environment, it might become increasingly difficult to maintain fluency in their native language. I come from Germany and enjoy working with children. The aim of Kid's Club is to give children the confidence to communicate spontaneously and fluently, and to write with a sound knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. All lessons are held in German.
